Losing the baby fat

posted by CuteBeans9 on 3:53 pm

Hey, mom isn't the only one that struggles to lose weight! You may not know it, but I'm guessing that a quarter of the girls in your school are struggling with the looks of their bodies. When you are younger, quite a bit of the fat we have is baby fat. Most of us lose it when we get older. Using The Daily Plate by calculating the calories you eat while continuing to stay ON TRACK, and setting your weight goal is an easy way to lose some extra pounds. Good luck!
