Hi All,
I am glad to finally see some action in this group. I really am pumped about the new me in 12 weeks. I feel little goals really help when you are trying to lose weight! I am doing 24 pounds on 12 weeks! And you?

I need to lose 40 but have not put a timeline to it. I have some goals that I want to accomplish this summer with backpacking and I would like to have alot of it off by then.
