Great weekend, finished my 8th day straight working out on sat. to get back on track-----back full force and ready for a good week. Great workout this am, interval training on treadmill along with abs (planning on doing abs everyday--started yesterday--thx Mark)
took clients out fri for dinner with no plans to drink had water all night..no alcohol for me..which made for a great total body workout sat am

Had a fun weekend with friends. Saturday, went to my friends in Illinois for a child's Bday party. Later, our card friends came over and we had a small party for me (Bday was the 12th) and then cards. Got home early Sunday morning. Sunday, helped my friend's (the guy in prison) family move big heavy furniture from their mom's house. She passed away right before Christmas and they are finally packing things up there. Then gym. Had a good workout, but trying to get rid of this fat that my body just wants to hold on too. Still got my man breasts and some other areas that are embarrassing. We wont get into all the folds of extra skin though. I really screwed my body up.

Had a great weekend visiting two daughters away at college. Had a great time with them and other friends which of course lead to eating to much of the wrong things. This weekend was meant to be fun and that was it. Now back to a tighter diet and the gym to get ready for SUper Bowl! Will take all week to get off what I put on in 2 days but that is OK. Again, the weekend was meant to have fun with the kids.
Great weekend out of town. Lots and lots of food.. not so good. No workouts other than walking all over the place. But it was worth it!
this week is back on track with food and fitness! Can't wait to hit the gym tonight!!
I was gone last week at a conference. Luckily, the conference was about healthy communities, which means it contained ALL health food so it really took the temptation out of the equation! Loved it! I had bunco Friday night and date night Saturday night so ate a little more than I wanted, but I think I'll be ok. Plan on working out every day this week to get ready for Super Bowl festivities!
Happy Monday All>>>>week-end went Ok. My niece turned 11yrs old Sat. I can't believe it. Gracie is 6yrs old. I savor every minute w them. Their basketball games were exciting. The bigger girls are tough...5th graders but their 2nd games always consists of older kids 6th grade...they are rough, I can't believe how physical the games are, but thats all part of it. Our team lost this time. I have been eating better and posting!! That has been my goal. Next I have to tackle exercise. I did ab work over the week-end, but thats nothing to brag about...@ least I'm on here.
Had a great time hiking on Saturday - not a terribly long hike, but I've got to start somewhere. Ate in pretty much all weekend (only two slices of pizza!) Spent Sunday cooking and relaxing - I've started making ahead healthy hot lunches and it's been great. (this week is sweet potato soup w/ spinach and leeks.) It really breaks up the monotony of sanwiches and helps with the carbs. Looking forward to hitting the gym tonight for weights.
Had a great weekend. Enjoyed the weather on Saturday with a 3.5 hour bike ride. Got 45 miles done and burned 1400 calories. Enjoyed pizza for dinner that night without guilt. Yesterday was a rest day. Shopped and prepped lunches and dinner for the week. Will do two a days all week - three strengths sessions.
Had a good weekend. Ended up not doing my normal Saturday workout because I spent ALL DAY cleaning. So I think I still got some good action, but not a real workout. Sunday was a bad day food wise just because I was hungry all day. No matter what I ate, I was still hungry! Protein, fiber, fruit, cheese, nothing filled me up. I was just hungry all day. First time I've been like that in a long time. I wonder what causes that type of feeling. Maybe not eating enough the previous few days? Hormones? I don't know. Woke up today still starving but soon as I ate breakfast, I felt full- finally.
Nothing really big planned this week. Little more cleaning to do, tons more research, workouts, cooking... the normal routine! Still haven't found any great cardio DVD's to add into my routine and with my knee issue acting up I can't really run too much so gotta figure something out that is up to my standards of intensity and fun.
HOLY STINKIN COW!!!! I'm tired....:) I just finished doing a new work out. Running 1 mile intervals (read REALLY FAST) then jumping off the TMill to do burpies, body weight squats, chip ups, abs etc, jumping back on the TMill doing another mile.. etc... <pant> <weeze> ( I did the first two miles in 7 min miles..:) I'm believing this is going to make me faster, fitter, better, and any other er you can think of. :) Still trying to get my macros right..... GRRR> it's hard!
