Mark---i have exciting news....able to do 10 pushups.!!!!! eight in good form still weak on the last two but still counting it as 10!!!!! i'm so excited about that.

No big plans, just sit around the house and enjoy te game with our newest grand child. Can't ask for anything better!

First off, Penelope was euthanized for me last night. Thanks for all the comments on the previous post, I'm sad but doing fine.
No gym last night, but I'll be going tonight. Sunday is a Super Bowl / Birthday Party (for a 15th year old) so it will be a fun day. Gonna eat what I want (I don't want fried or very sweet crap though).

I've been working on my work shop in the basement i've been cleaning out.It as and is a large project. Possibly going to see my nieces basketball games. And the gym is calling my name. I feel much better even though we saw the lawyer again yesterday...Ive decided to let it go...I'll help when I can and be supportive...I feel like I'm coming out of a dark hole. Then light is appearing. Thanks for your support. cincy1>great going.
Had plans with a friend for Super Bowl, but now they're cancelled. Still making (semi-healthy) dip and maybe grilling some veg.
Big plans for a long bike ride with the husband tomorrow. Been excited about it all week. Did get to the gym wednesday and did some recreational bike cruising last night. All in all, it's been a good exercise and eating week!
My super bowl plans don't involve the super bowl at all. I'll actually be heading to the mountains of Tennessee for what was supposed to be a ski trip. Will be there Sunday through Wednesday next week. With the warmer weather around here the slopes aren't ideal for skiing and skiing in the 50's is just not pleasant so I think I'll make it into a hiking/ wine tasting/ zip-lining/ whatever else we can find to do trip! If the weather dips low enough we might hit the slopes for a day but we'll see on that.
The week was good for me. Ordered 2 new cardio workout dvd's so hopefully those will be decent enough. Tonight is supposed to be weight lifting and tomorrow cardio and that's the last real workouts I'll have until I get back from the trip.
The week was good. It started with motivation issues but wednesday I started a lifting program. Did an aerobics DVD yesterday to work out some sorness. I feel great today and I will be off to the Y for another full body lifting session.. I've been cleaning up my diet this week, I want a little faster fat loss. We will see if it payes of in the next week or 2. Have a good weekend everyone.
First of all ..J I am sorry about Penelope ,however i know it was best for her as she was suffering..I am glad your ok ..Stay strong !! I am going to watch The Giants win on Sunday ..LOL But i just dont know where yet.
I had a very good week with my workouts Monday ..Wednesday ..Friday ..Felt great to go back..
