I can find the weight that I lost...

Darn it I did it again. I found my lost weight. Back up to 240. Grrrrr, argggghhh....Ok, gotta get hold of me...
It was only a pound
Could be high sodium intake (like 4g instead of 2g)
I'm female (it happens on a recurring basis)
Why must my body be so sensitive. Another upside, I think I discovered a trigger for eczema...since I backed off on cheese products its almost gone.

Does cheese really trigger eczema my grand daughter has it bad and she loves cheese, tell me more

Well, eczema is a complicated thing. I realized in my 20's that mine was allergy connected. As in when my hay fever kicked in the eczema showed up shortly thereafter. Then after reading alot, I discovered allergies are one of the things that can trigger it. It wasn't until recently that I pinpointed Dairy by using The Daily Plate and actually tracking flare ups in the comments box. So, for years I stayed on antihistamines and such to keep it under control. Once I took Dairy products out, surprisingly enough it went away. So, FOR ME, Dairy products were part of the problem.  For your grandaughter, it could be completely different. But, keeping a food log and recording flare ups won't hurt.  I've been off Dairy for about three weeks, I'm going to start adding things back in (eat it, wait about 36 hours add the next one) and try to identify the specific dairy product.
