Past atheletes who feel they're past prime. You woke up one day, couldn't fit into your clothes, couldn't walk up the stairs (all three of them) with out panting, couldn't jog to the end of the driveway with out breaking into a sweat. Well that is all going to change here and now, because underneath all of this fat is a beautiful six pack waiting to be seen (even if it's seen only in the privacy of your own home)!I am not a poser wearing sweats because I'm too big for anything else, I'm working out
Hey, went through the groups kind of fast to see which would be the most interesting for
me, and landed here.
I am an architect / designer in Guatemala, Central America. Got to know the site
through the iphone app recommended by a friend. I have now just reached my absolute
heaviest weight ever (214.5 pounds) and plan to shed off at least 40 pounds off of
that.
I used to ride dirtbikes a lot some years back, and was even good at it,... enduro and
some motocross. Used to do mountain biking too. All of that is history
now I spend my days behind my mac or my drawing desk, all the while packing the
weight. I am starting to do some elliptical at my office, and from then on I
plan to buy a mountain bike again.
Love wine, of course love food. Have a wife and a two year old girl.
Plan to take back my body in 6 months time and be ready with a new outlook by the end of
the year.
Hope to hear more from other members.
regards,
juan
Aloha Juan; this group consists of mostly me; lol! But I'm serious about this. It's all about priorities. I blog here and you can too....not a big audience base as you can see but there is some consistency. I'm down to 209 from 217 three weeks ago. Does everyone in Guatemala do English as well as you do?
I have an old Yamaha 400, 2 stroke...kinda illegal now a days but still lots of fun.
i stayed on the outer edges :) i too buy...
What are you buying? Thebest bet is to stay...
