Good luck to you on your improved lifestyle and weight loss challenge. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
Good morning everyone, Let me begin first by saying that I've had a lot of water retention
these past few days I have been real heavy on the salt and it is going to reflect in my
weight total for this week.even though I stayed within the perimeters of my defined
caloric intake.
I'm apprehensive to devulges this but here goes.
The plain unadulterated truth.
My start date is 7/21/08
My group # is 14
My gain for the week is + 8.8 lbs.
I have 87 pounds to lose to meet Jacksons Challenge.
Thats it in a nut shell and I'm the nut.
Evil monkey got for 30,800 cal or 8.67 lbs of water (1 gallon) which is what I would like
to believe.
Sorry everyone I will mend my ways starting today.I vow to cut my sait intake by two
thirds this week.
Jim
No need to apologize, just pick yourself up and get back on track. 1-2 weeks out of 52 in a year, you know what you did and the best thing is, YOU KNOW how to fix it. Get back on track, focus and you'll be right back where you were.
Don't give up. You can do it. We have all had a week or two when we get off track. Just stick with it. You will get to you goal.
Jim, you don't ever need to apologize for being truthful; sodium is a real pain in the rear for me too-real bad, so keep it up. Keep the water up, give yourself some love, and get back on the bull :) good luck this week.

Uggh! I am ALWAYS over on sodium. I try to counteract it by drinking at least 64 oz. I usually strive for 100 oz a day and it makes a huge difference. The more water in the better the body gets rid of the sodium. Don't beat yourself up, you've done great so far and can continue to do phenomenal. Hang in there. This is a new week!
chin up! It's a setback, but you can overcome it, and if it is water, then you'll have a VERY impressive loss next week! Have you seen long2bthin's suggestion about eating bananas? maybe that could help...
Jim, JIm, Jim. This is a learning process for all of us. And at times we slip, its what you do when you slip that determines weither you end up on your tail bone or on your feet. We are all here to catch you so you dont land on your rear..... You go kick that evil monkey's @*$#@ (butt) this week. We're here for ya hun.......
That 5 Lbs will be gone in no...
Good job on the exercise. Feeling energized is...
