Please help teens
SEPH(Social Emotional Physical Health) is an
organization of high school students who are concerned about the health of other young
adults like themselves. SEPH promotes the spreading of awareness of issues concerning teen
health.
Today, more resources and effort are being used for better health. However, even with these contributions, poor health affects millions in poverty. SEPH aims to reach out to all communities of teens, all over the United States, to India, to Europe, and other regions facing the problem of poor health. However, to do so and make a true healthy impact on our community, we need funds. We currently have no funding, and it is difficult for us to create events and spread awareness about health.
It would be greatly appreciated it anyone could make a donation of any amount to SEPH.

The donations would be directly used to maintain our main website's domain and on events and contest prizes at our school to motivate our peers to spread the word about issues concerning health.
Thank you!

Well honestly its not easy! Losing weight and making a lifestyle change is difficult and takes time...a lot of time! I have learned to go one meal at a time. If you eat horrible for breakfast than just move on and make better choices for the rest of the day, don't just throw the whole day out because u splurged. If you eat really bad one day maybe make your workout a little longer or more intense to burn some extra cals. Also you may want to up your calories. Its hard to start so low in calories even if myplate says that. At first you might want to push for half a pound or 1 pound a week just until you get your eating and working out in control and then maybe lower your calories to try and lose more per week. i know that has worked for me but anyways I am here for support so feel free to add me as a friend! take care!!
