For mothers who are either stay-at-home, single, working or whatever and want some extra support.
So, I've always loved Taco Bell! It's absolutely my favorite "fast food" place. But,
every time my husband, kids and I went there, I would dread it! Because I knew I wasn't
strong enough to resist my favorites - which are either a chili cheese burrito or chicken
quesadilla with a chicken soft taco supreme. I know! Cal city! Lol. Anyways. My boys
and I went there today, and I wasn't all that hungry, so I ordered off of the new "Fresco"
menu. I had two grilled steak soft tacos. As I sat at my table, I reached for the mild
sauce. You can't have a taco without sauce right?! Well, I wouldn't have needed the
sauce. It had LOTS of flavor and it was really really good! I'd have them if I wasn't
trying to watch what I eat. So, I started on the second one, skipped the sauce, and I
actually thought it was better than the one with the sauce. Bonus! I just thought I'd
share. And now, the next time I'm at Taco Bell, I'm planning to mix and match off of the
Fresco menu. There are lots to choose from and they're all less than 3gms of fat!
Just thought I'd share my kind of good news with all of you! Lol. Currently, I'm eating
Campbell's Fully Loaded Turkey Pot Pie soup, and it's good too! It's huge and the serving
size is 1 cup. (There's two in each can) And I'm going to be doing good to finish a 1/2
cup. It's not kiddin' when it says fully loaded! The veggies are huge. The pieces of
turkey are huge. So it's like next to no cals for a evening meal (which was usually when
I went over-board).

I'm glad to hear the Fresco menu is good. Before I began on the TDP I went through and noticed they had a new, healthier menu.
It sounds like you and I have a lot in common because of one my faves are the chicken quesadilla, too! Perhaps I'll have to try it out!!
Thanks for you sharing your experience!
Update: I just look at the nutritional information and most of these are 7-8 grams of fat. I noticed the grilled steak was 4.5grams of fat so I'm assuming it varies since you mentioned most of the items were 3 grams of fat or less.
Oops! I meant "9" instead of 3. The menu advertises, "All of these for under 9 grams of fat!" Someone must have said something about 3 when I was typing that! Lol.
