My first day

 I'm new!  I want to commit to 25 miles for the balance of the month.  I love to run, but got sick this month and have hardly moved since.  I'm over the illness but am having trouble getting moving again.  I think being a part of this group will help to motivate me.  I want to lose 30-40 pounds.  I've started the Daily Plate and tracking food and exercise will be helpful.  At my workplace we've started a weight loss group so that will help as well..plus, there's a monthly pot of money so it would be an extra bonus to win that!

So yesterday was the half-way point of the month, where is everyone at in their goals? I haven't been doing too good with mine. This is my first month tracking and I decided to go with a goal of 50 miles, thinking it is not too much but considering I've been doing mostly runs/walks and have been sick for a bit of the month I am only at 13.6 miles. I have a ways to go! If I have enough time this week I am going to start adding the bike into my run days to get more miles and a lighter cardio that won't kill me after I run for a half hour.

I'm new!!!!!!!!!

I want to get trim again, destress and participate pin activity that I enjoy!  I ran in high school (9 years ago) and I remeber how much I loved it so I decided to start again but I need motivation to do it everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to run 60 miles a month for a couple of months and then gradually build up to 100:)

Sidelined by Swine Flu

 Unfortunately got the swine flu for 8 days, but I'm back and feeling great, going 15 miles on my bike tomorrow and starting to run 2mi./Day

Is there a place on livestrong.com that I can track my minutes or do people track in their "daily plate" log?

I think you just track it on your daily plate log. That's normally what I do. I have been tracking both miles and minutes and I just put it into a memo on my phone so I have easy access to it.
