SW:209 LW:206 CW:205 GW:150 I am not a frequent  on login but I love to read all your posts the way all support each other and welcome each other and special thanks to those who take time to welcome newbies and support each other becoz those msgs are not meant only for them but also for those who have the same problem but not saying it aloud out of habit. Its my second leap here b'coz I dropped out last timeand have come  with 12 more pounds added to my ReStarting weight .Its my Week 5 but I got my hand burnt and again was out of the gym for a few days and gained back 2 pounds. But still my eating habits are little under control --I had two parties last two weekends--said no to sweets and desserts and fried food and white flour breads.had some salad and fruit and chicken and a little carbs rice .My walking-- 20minutes ---.5 mile-- improved to 2.5 mile--- an hour and i can run a little bit without feeling much exhausted. I am a hypothyroid patient my weight is fluctuating at times...but inside I feel better ...so far just lost 4 pounds.if there is any tips for hypothyroid patients..please let me know.
My thanks again to all of you ...you all are really sweet and caring especially kacky and bern.I am happy to be part of this group...Come on everyone..let's just shake off these pounds away and stay more FUN and FIT !!!

I'm New and this is my goal...

Hey!
My name is Sage and I am working on losing 10-15 lbs and making a healthy lifestyle change. I am a sophomore at UNC Wilmington and I've been playing ultimate frisbee for the past few months on a club team. It is a lot of fun and very good exercise, but, it's only two days a week. So, I decided to begin jogging/running a loop around campus that is equivilent to about 3 miles. I've done this loop straight through at least 5 times over the past couple of weeks, and I think it would be awsome if I can keep up with my running during my Christmas break away from campus. My goal is to run 3 miles or more at least 4 or 5  times a week over the break. I will run at least 100 miles from Dec. 11, 2011 until Jan. 11, 2012.
