Monday weigh-in!

Back to the grind! Was hoping I'd lose more than that, but I was only able to get 3 workouts in this past week. I have been making better food choices and I still have 7 weeks until I want to hit my next goal...so about 1.5 pounds a week. Since I'll be doing my OT in the morning for work, I'll be able to get to the gym Tues-Fri this week. Plus, helping my friends move into their new house Sat will burn a whole lot of calories! Looking to the future and staying positive this week...no matter what!

I know how you feel,  I was only down 1 too.... kinda mixed emotions?  But let's look at the positive... We Are Down 1 YEAH!!!!!
