 I took today off because I was sick.  I'm just starting to feel human again so I'm not sure if I'll lift tomorrow either.    Have a good workout ladies.

Rest day

 Baby is sick today starting at 2:30 this morning. Ugh. Well 4 loads of laundry later he is better and eating.  I'm feeling a little under the weather myself. Hopefully we get a bunch of sleep tonight or I may not lift tomorrow.  I guess I just have to go with it this week, whaterver it is.  Have a good workout ladies.

 I am suffering a cold so i am unable to do any cardio... I lifted like a mad woman today! Workout B/ Phase 1 ?

Lifting day 8, stage 1

 Did workout B of stage 1 today.  The dumbell military press is not as dificult as it was when I did the program 2 years ago.  I must be in better shape this time I started then last time.  That's good news.  I hate lunges, still.  I'm still a little wobbly doing them even though this Wed is 3 weeks on the program.      Over all I'm doing good, stronger in some areas and weaker in others then I thought I should be.  I keep pushing myself.      Push ups are still very challenging to finish a set on my toes.  Have a good workout ladies.
