Squats 95. Push ups on toes body weight. Rows 70. Step ups 12" 30. Jackknife body weight. It was a great workout. I've been wanting to start the NROL again for a while now but I was looking for information on nursing and lifting heavy weights. I couldn't find any info so I decided to start anyway. I am going to eat a little more, drink a ton of water, and take my vitamins. I will see how it goes. I'm lucky to not have to work right now so I decided to make the most of it. My first priority is my 10 month old son btu he needs a strong healthy mommy. I have 50 pounds to get rid of and I feel like I'm off to a good start. I'm looking forward to being sore tomorrow.
