New Mom

 Hello ladies. I have a 9 month old son and want to start back on the program. The only reason I hesitate is that I am still nursing. Anyone try the program with a new baby? I'm just wondering what worked for you and what didn't. Did you have problems building muscle and strength? What about diet?
