2D:Â Underhand grip lat pulldown:Â 70e/20, 70e/20, 70e/18, 70e/15 (the gym changed
machines and for some reason replaced a nice wonderfully smoothly running one with one
that was squeaky with a couple of catches in the cable track. Â IÂ was quite grumpy about
this...)
Â
And now I'm completely done! Â I'm not really sure what I'm going to do now. Â IÂ found
the Female Body Breakthrough at a used bookstore and may start that, or IÂ may revisit
favorite stages from NROL. Â IÂ still want to be able to do a pull-up, so maybe I'll go
back to that stage for a bit. Â First, though, I'm taking a week off!Â
Congrats Ohbonobogirl! How do you feel now that you've finished? What changes did you see? I got off track in Nov/Dec...so I'm further back :( Oh well, I'm just plugging along!
I'm really impressed with myself for sticking out the program. I have muscles now, too and I love them! When I started out getting in shape, I was stretching a size 12 pants and really decided to make a change when it looked like I'd need to buy a 14. Now I'm in 6s pretty consistently, with an occasional 4 thrown in.Â
Â
I wish I had taken before and after pictures so I would be able to see the differences more. The ladies at the gym tell me I look a lot different, but I don't notice it too much other than smaller clothes.Â
Â
Keep plugging along Spunkytj and you'll get there before you know it!
Thanks everyone for the great advise. I am...
Just hold a 3-5 lb dumbbell on the ground while...
