Workout 2, stage 1

 I did my second workout on Friday.  I'm still sore today 2 days later.  I must have done something right.  Those lunges were hard. I'm a little unbalanced at the ankles so lunges worked my hamstrings and stablizing muscles.  I should be a little more steady next time I do them.  I'm taking today off then I'm back to the gym to lift again Monday.  Happy Sunday everyone.
