last quit for me
i quit smoking jan 6th and hope this is the last time. i have quit many many times from several days to 2 years. mostly several weeks at a time. i want this time to last, so i am here for help. i quit cold turkey.
Congrats on quitting smoking... I feel as long as you keep trying - you will eventually kick this nasty habit. I have alot of quits under my belt too and i am telling myself this is the last time.
I quit on Jan 3.. So far so good and i am on day 34....

Keep strong and this will get better! tomorrow will be your one month quit! That is a great accomplishment!
