Great Book for Snacks!

Jenny Grothe has a book with 75 oatmeal recipes.  Some of them are oven, crock pot or microwave and 90% of them are under 300 calories and the fat is below 8g.  Fresh fruit, protein, oatmeal, quinona, egg whites.  The food is great and her book has websites where she purchases some of her spices and flavorings.  Great breakfast/pre/post workout food.
