any ideas for snacks/meals that keep you full for a long time with low calories? i have been eating popcorn, but getting kinda tired of it :)
I don't know if you like oatmeal, but sometimes if I'm hungry in between meals I'll have some. I am a stay at home mom so it's convienent for me to heat up a bowl, and it keeps me full for a while. Most snack foods leave me wanting more, but by the time I'm done with the bowl I'm satisfied. I know it's not a traditional snack, but I like it. I also like to make a fruit salad by cutting up some of my favorite fresh fruits and stirring in a container of Fiber One yogurt. Then sprinkling just a little pumpkin seed granola on top. It's doesn't add up to a lot of calories and satisfies my sweet tooth. I'll try to think of some more, but these are two of my favorites.

Low sodium snacks?

I eat a lot of cereal bars, fiber one bars, etc, but I've noticed in my daily tracking my sodium level is a little high. What are some good low sodium, long lasting snacks?
