Hello Everyone, It is the end of the month for the new year. I hope you all are staying on track. I noticed that there are some of us still here so for encouragement why dont we post how we are doing so far in 2012! I have lost 2.5 pounds since Christmas. I am doiong well on my Yoga work outs and I am putting together a menu cheat guide for dinner. I added up the calories in common meals I eat so that when I go home I know which one I can aford to eat that night based on the calories I intook thru-out the day.
Great job and glad to see you posting! I am down 5.8lbs since December 29th. Good progres! I've hit new distances in running and have been pretty good about yoga and pilates. Had a somewhat discouraging weigh-in this morning (+0.4 lbs) so looking forward to being encouraged by all of you!
