This group is for anyone out there who just needs a little motivation from someone to help push them that extra mile. Whether it's gaining the strength to pass up that chocolate bar, or to get up off the couch and exercise. A little motivation can go a long way! Hello All! I am definitely not new to dieting but I am new to this website. I just signed up yesterday and am already tired of tracking everything. I am determined to stick with this though. I have about 45 pounds to lose. Although I am determined to lose the weight I am still nervous about "falling off the wagon" like I have so many times before. I think I've got yo-yo dieting down to a science. Well....here I go...wish me luck. :)
