I was hoping to be allowed to join this group (as my first group on livestrong.com!)
I used to be really fit in before and during college (ultimate frisbee team, competitive
equestrian, etc) but since working a desk job and the stresses of life I gained a
bunch of weight.
I'm now obsessive about going to the gym (spinning, yoga, personal training, self run
workouts) and I'm getting involved with livestrong.com to kick it up a notch. I've
hit a plateu and would like to see 128-130 like I was in high school. Eating is
definately my biggest challenge since I was so used to being able to eat anything I wanted
when I was younger...
