Hey there...

I used to do ballet, jazz, modern, tap and many other styles of dance.  I was competitive in dance and had classes 40 to 60 hours a week.  I currently work a desk job and I'm going to school, so between those two things I don't have nearly as much time to work out and have gained quite a bit of weight.  I have worked out a fitness plan around my schedual so that I am at least running and stretching everyday.  I feel that it will be easier to keep to this schedual if I not only have to show myself that I am actively working out but also to other people that I am working out. 
Age 18 weight 105-110lbs
Age 22 weight 160-165lbs

Hello and welcome! You doing the right things. Setting goals and then a focus (schedule) to achieve them are half the battle. Check in from time to time to let us know how you are doing.
