Ok so I was doing great for like 3 or 4 weeks straight. then suddenly I went off the deep
end. cookies, candy corn, meat balls in massive quantities, and even though i physically
felt horrible, i continued!
So today is my weigh in day, and to my surprise, i am only up 1 pound. So I didnt have a
loss and I had a 1 pound gain, but the amount i was digging into the pies, ice cream,
chocolate milk, etc.. this is not bad AT ALL!
As you guys know, I have my carribean vacation coming up in december and I was hoping to
reach my goal weight by Dec 20th. That would be a 20 or so pound weight loss in 50
something days. Since I am not sure if thats possible, i decided to simply focus my
efforts on getting into my healthy weight range for my height and body size which would be
anywhere between 119-133. So my goal is to get into that range before Dec 20th. In
addition, I changed my focus to be on my efforts. Even if I dont end up getting into that
range, if my efforts are 100%, the majority of the time, then i know that I will
eventually get to my goal and thats enough to make me happy.
In addition, I am kicking up the cardio to at least 60 min each day (already completed a
70 min work out today). Im startin slow though. 60 min might sound long but I am breaking
it up- 20 min on the treadmill, 10 min on the bike, 10 min on the stepper, and 20 min on
the eliptical. I dont get bored that way too. And, if anyone has heard of
callanetics, I am starting that too. Supposed to give GREAT results in the shortest
time, and all online reviews rave about it even though its like from the 80s lol.

i hear ya....having hard time myself this weekend....
try adding plenty of resistence to your routine....hills!!!!!!!! and more hills!!!!!
you won't get bored with hills....even alternating the resistence every minute.....the minutes will fly by!!!! You will be in soo much pain during your hills, the time will fly by....when you are resting every other minute, that minute of "rest" for your muscle, will fly by as well..,,because you know another minute of pain is coming up.....
first off what does SW, TW,LW,GW all stand for ? And secondly I know about falling off the wagon but do exactally what you are doing and get right back up and dust yourself off and you will succeed good luck
