Hi everyone! I recently bought the Happy Herbivore meal plans and it is amazing! You
download it. It gives you a shopping list with everything you need and a 7 day graph to
pick from for your daily meals. I never thought I'd be able to do something like this. I
am not a great cook, but these recipes are so quick and easy it has been very encourageing
to keep going. Moreso when the meal turns out so amazing!
It's all vegan and based off of a 30% protien and low calorie goal. I've lost 5 lbs in 3
weeks so far!
