I have been on Livestorng for 1 month now, and really like all the information it
provides. I really feel this group would be a wonderful motivating group for
me. My SW: 196, CW: 190, First Goal: 180 Lbs.
(Major goal: 130 Lbs.)
I have been running 2-3 times per week about 1.5 miles. (not fast at all, just
trying to stay consistant at least.)
I have lots of work to do - to drop this weight that I have been carrying for quite a
while now.
I have really been starting to eat better (for 1 month now) with the veggies and
fruits. I have been having green smoothies for breakfast and lunch, which has helped
to curb my appetite and reduce in the calories I intake. I definitely have been
sleeping better, feeling better and more motivated to workout as a result.
I think making your own food for as many meals...
