Happy Friday.
Work then passing out pies from our fundraiser.
Get  all three young girls until evening. Ivy, Alissa and Kendall.
After they go home this evening then crashing on couch. Still run down because of this cough. Come Monday if it's not better I guess it's time to visit doc.

COUGH, COUGH, COUGH. Yuk. One doctor said sometimes this can go on for months.
Still not able to break a sweat or I start hacking.
Work then tonight taking girls out to dinner then it's Chrismas picture time. Alexis doesn't get ino it like she used o. Oh well, she'll survive.

Good Morning

Another busy day . The holidays have begun.
Still fighting with this damn cough. Got medicine , Vicks my chest everynight. Still not helping.
Oh well, kids coming into school everyday coughing all over, sneezing etc.Tell parents not to bring them. I had one mother came in said he was A LITTLE SICK. Said he might feel A LITTLE WARM. Oh my gosh, what is wrong with this picture. Called her to come and take him home. He was almost in tears ai his ear hurt, his body hurt. Again OH MY GOSH. Come on people. I guess because they pay to come they want their moneys worth.
Cleaning and sanatizing like crazy. I guess it's here .
Off to work.

Good morning

Still busy, busy.
Because Thanksgiving break is almost here have to get paperwork done for school before Mon.
Dec. Snack sheet, Christmas program parts and progress reports. Everything goes home with parents next week. Worked on computer until late last night.
Hope to get in exercise tonight while watching BL.
Have a wonderful Tues. Today is my hubbie's birthday he is now 54 too. Taking him out to eat before he goes to work this afternoon.

Good Morning

Monday is here already. We ran the entire weekend with family from out of town. Ate somewhat ok. Alot of walking but no exercise.
Today back to execising and work. Last full week of school before Thanksgiving. Next week only 2 days then 6 days off. YEH!!!!!!

I pushed myself on the treadmill Saturday morning.  Upped my speed to 4mph, did some running too.  One hour total.  Felt awesome when I was done but boy did I feel it Sunday.  Should have taken a Motrin.   Got on the scale this a.m. and I am down 5.5 lbs. in 2 weeks.  I am very happy with that.

Got in some walking today and since it is cold, cold, cold and I'm not feeling well, I made a huge pot of chicken soup. Yummy!
Hope everyone is well and working hard on achieving their goals.

Feeling gud, went for a boot camo session last night, cleaned room... did a bit of stair-climber. Thighs are burning!!!! wooooooooo means every km I walk today will burn more of those damn fats off me and get me on my way!

soreness is gone, I walked the crap out of my legs for 1 hr two days after  and stretched tones in between :) all gud :)! walking 10km~=6miles today that shud b fun

Still have this damn cough. Always have to make sure I get to the potty before I have a coughing attack. Or oopps!!!! HaHa
Have been eating good but not exercising. Start sweating then coughing. Been sleeping alot which I know is good for me.
Have a very busy next 4 days. My FIL's brother and wife are in from Texas. Run, run, run. My FIL turns 82.
Well I'm off today is rainbow day at school. I'm dressed in many colors.
