I was wondering if when a person tries to lose weight do they go by net calories or regular. I have been keeping track of my calories and walking and I don't seem to be losing very fast at all. It seems like it is a pound or less a week. When I go by the regular calories and walk I can eat more, but when I look at the net calories I am way below. I don't know which I should go by
