Idita-Walk Challenge

The Idita-Walk is an event to promote physical fitness in the spirit of the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. The Iditarod Sled dog race is 1049 miles long from Anchorage to Nome, Alaska. To complete the Idita-Walk, simply walk 30 minutes a day for 35 days between February 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012 for a total of 1049 minutes (any combination of minutes will work - just reach 1049 minutes during the 60 day event!).

Week 1 Day 1 ---74min Walking (exercise) 18,962 steps,9.98 miles total
Day 2--140 min (exercise) 17,514 steps, 8.04 miles

still no energy...getting very irritated, on top of that I don't have an appetit at all and I know that's why I feel so weak!  Grrr....the virus did go through the whole family!  Next year, I am seriously considering the flu shot...I haven't in the past because the one time I did have the shot it made me feel ill, plus we never had the flu like this!  There's some weird stuff going around!

Week 1- Day 1 was ill so I took a rest day
Day 2- 60 minutes, 1 mile on treadmill and 2 miles walking out side
Day 3- 40 minute walk outside.
