Stress Management Tip

For every one hour of work, take a five minute break and stretch, walk, or meditate. With just a few minutes of relaxation (or doing something other than work), you'll increase your physical activity as well as productivity and feel better throughout the day.

I drink soooo much water that I have to go to the restroom every hour!!! I always go to the one downstairs to get my blood flowing and wake me up!!!

You know, that's a great idea. I work on the 7th floor, and there are restrooms on each floor. What a great way to sneak in some steps (and a few much-needed moments away from the desk)!
