After a much needed mental hiatus...I am re-committing myself to this challenge. When I
joined LS back in October it was in effort to get back on track...Now I need LS again for
the exact same reason...
Between October and January I lost 30 lbs with the wonderful people here at LS helping to
push me over my original 100 goal (I've been at this weight loss thing for 3 years
now)...now I find myself after taking roughly 6 weeks off that I am sliding down that
slippery slope. Stopped tracking my eating, slacked on the exercise...etc. etc. and I
think I am up at least 5 pounds...I've also been too chicken to even jump on the scale
because I fear it may be worse...
So...I am taking back control and I will get myself back on track...not only to lose
weight, but to get back to that healthy lifestyle that I know is mine and to stop cheating
myself. This is my first step to keeping myself accountable...so thanks for listening. I
see a lot of new faces here and I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.
