MIA...it is just so hard to post when week after week...NOTHING. SO FINALLY SOMETHING...GOOD BYE Plauteau!!!

2. 7 Days TDP tracked
3.  4 Days under calorie goal
4.1 Days under 2400 mg sodium
5. 5 Days over 24g fibre
6. 609 Minutes exercised
7. YES...Goals met!  Back off another plauteau.  UGH...they just keep coming up and the only way I kick started my weight loss again was to have 4 cheat days where I worked my butt off and to raise my calories from 1500 to 1700.  So...eat more lose more weight...ALRIGHT...you don't have to twist my arm!

 I'm still so new at this, but the whole eat more thing just sounds so not right!  But I see posting after posting on different groups and dares that a pop UP on calories breaks through plateaus!!! Amazing!  Congrats to you!
