Hi. I'm just signing up now for this challenge, after all it is spring and I don't want to be fat and miserable all summer. I have already lost 2 pounds and have 13 to go. I am one of those people that have gained and lost more time than I can count. I think that I am figuring out why this happens. I am an emotional eater and if I can keep myself steady emotionally (especially if I keep on my natural anti depressants SAMe) I think I'll keep it off. So after being sick all winter with one cold after another plus allergies and not exercising, I have got active again. I have created some loops near my house with Livestrong and have gone walking with my kids and dogs for four days in a row. And the weather has been great too. I'm trying to track my caloires once more. I feel ready to meet this challenge and look forward to feeling much better by the end of spring!
