 Who remembers this song? It's a good one to sing to ourselves ... in the shower, doing dishes ... cooking a healthy meal ...

 Great song - I can see singing that in the shower!  So much  more postiive thant the stuff our kids are listening to now!

Those are great lines, thanks for bringing them back.  I did my first 5 mile walk today, have been working up to it and had time to see how I did and paced myself. Later I will do some weights. I need to work hard the next couple of days, did get on the scale this morning, only .5 down. I have gotten used to not getting on the scale each day now, I think more about working hard each day, not sure how it will go come weigh in. The women at work tell me squats will do the trick for my hips, so I am trying to build them in intermittently.

 To CatherineMurray: A five mile walk!!! Wow!  And, yes, squats are great for the ol' booty! The Buns of Steel DVD is filled with varieties of squats!
