We post weekly weigh-ins on Mondays and spend the rest of the week encouraging each other, providing suggestions and overall supporting our members on the path to getting healthy! We also post unofficial weigh-ins on Fridays so we can measure (and perhaps change) what we do on the weekends to keep our weight-loss a daily thing. We also have little healthy competition going to see who can drop the biggest percentage from week to week.

For anyone who needs to get back on track. I fell off the train tracks many times my self so now. I have learned the art of loosing weight is making this a life long change. Not an easy fix. I count only calories {1200 calories}per day! I eat No food after 7pm. I exercise with moderate walks aroung the block. This is something that needs to be a daily ritual not a quick fix. Please post something about yourself so we can get a chance to know who you are.

There are many hurtles to over come in life, and we may never know the answer to the "why me?" question. We just have to do life with the stuff that we are given.
