He needs to make a workout video from this just for cyclists. That looks old school hard core workout. Would like to see more so that I can get into that type of shape. WOW!!!

What the heck is this guy doing to get in such great shape! Is this it? Like 2UpDuc said--produce a workout video or publish a workout book of exercises...hey, I ride a bike, go to the gym, run, have done a marathon (once), and I drink Shriner Bock...what am I doing wrong?

Lance is a beast, pretty cool stuff, those are regular workouts that all types of athletes do, especially bodybuilders and those into total fitness, you can get them online http://www.strengthandgrace.com/services.html its just a matter of having great will power, a workout partner, an accountability partner or having someone over you to keep you honest and keep going.

Great exercises with the weights and the stepping up and down motion, as it should help shape and build you muscles for the uphills and the pedaling motions of the long drawn out flat parts and stages of any Cycling race. If you don't mind me saying, since I have watched you for many years on the bike, I notice that you are trying to better your chances of the uphills. The (Uphill climbs) are probably the hardest of all in any stage!

He's probably one of the most in shape everyday guys that you'll ever come across. But he did this through great determination and endurance which are two great aspects to have while pursuing something that is very hard to reach. Which is to win the Tour de France after two years of not competing in cycling. He's got my respect and support!!

Judging by those step ups looks like lance needs a little work on his proximal hip strength i.e. hip abductors and external rotators...too many years in the sagital plane on the bike! Cool vid good song, keep living the dream
