The Difference Between Body Pump & Group Power Classes

Two programs designed to tone muscles through 60 minutes of resistance exercises choreographed to music are BodyPump and Group Power. These classes are very much the same. Both classes guide participants in the use of bars and weights, while incorporating choreographed movements to work all the major muscle groups. Differences between the two classes are in music and exercise selection, which leads participants to favor one over the other based upon personal preferences.
