Lamotrigine, or Lamictal, is a drug prescribed to treat bipolar disorder. Some patients with bipolar disorder take supplements, such as fish oil, in addition to their regular medications. Fish oil might help relieve the symptoms of bipolar disorder. As of 2011, no evidence suggests fish oil interacts with Lamictal.
