Nordic Track Treadmill

How to Calculate Distance on a Nordic Track Eliptical

Various factors affect the intensity of a workout. The distance you walk, the angle of incline, the speed at which you walk and resistance level determine the difficulty of a workout routine. To calculate distance, you need to know either the number of steps that you take or the speed at which you walk. Because some Nordic Track machines offer variable stride length, which is the distance between successive steps, it may be necessary to measure your particular stride length before performing any calculations.
