Arm-a-Licious Workout | A-List Look With Valerie Waters

Today, I have for you my amazing Arm-a-Licious Workout. We're going to tighten, tone, and get those arms into super sexy shape! All you need is a pair of five pound dumbbells, though feel free to bump up the weight during the bicep curls. Starting with some moves to work the back shoulders and improve posture, next we'll target the sides of the shoulders, triceps and biceps. You'll love it! We'll go through the routine once together, and then I want you to do it twice more on your own. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
