Now that you're familiar with the exercises, it's time to start working just little harder. For this second week, I want you to do 3 sets for the first circuit, try adding more weight, or choose a harder version of up to 3 of your favorite exercises. It's all about pushing yourself a little harder to get the sexy body you desire!
