Welcome to my Keepin' It Tight workout! This is a great resistance band routine that strengthens, tones, and gets your heart rate going. I'll be demonstrating each exercise using an all-purpose medium band -- you can use whatever band you have or you can get the one I have through my website. I'll be going through the workout once to show you the proper form, but I want you to do this set four times on your own. Really push yourself and try not to rest between each exercise. But most important: Focus on each muscle as you're working it and really connect to your body!
