Ok, so I think my goal is reasonable and attainable if I were not dealing with this thyroid problem! Within the last two years I've gone from 123 to 154 and it's not stopping there. I am giving this another try in order to reach my goal.Tried it once already, didn't loose an ounce, so I'm trying it again!
