Hello, friends. I spent 2011 losing almost 80 pounds but the holidays wrecked some of my progress. I'm starting 2012 needing to reach a goal of losing my last 20-ish pounds. Once done, I'll be at my dating weight (around 130).
I started this weight loss journey because my family has a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cancer, etc. I'm literally running away from my family history, hoping that I live a longer, healthier life than my parents. I want to see my kids get married, see my grand kids grow up, and see them make a difference in this world.
