I really love chocolate- it's my biggest vice, and has given me a bit of a belly as well as fleshy thighs and a derriere that is not very flattering. I plan to lose weight by controlling how many sweets I devour.

Easy Ways to Save Calories:
1. Avoid putting sugar on fruit
2. Avoid putting sugar in your tea/coffee
3. Put salt instead of butter on your corn, if anything
4. If having egg on toast, avoid the butter
5. If having toast, spread toppings thinly
6. Eat slowly and talk more at the table - you won't feel as hungry
7. You don't have to eat everything on your plate if you're full
8. When eating salad, avoid high calorie dressings
9. Hungry at night? Try water, mint tea, low-calorie gum, or fresh fruit!
10. Eating out? Avoid having fries... they're usually greasy or potato-ey and not worth the 500-600 calories (plus ketchup calories)... if you must have them, don't double dip in that ketchup!
