I'm a recent college-grad with a BS in Health Services Administration. I love my baby, Mr. Bo (he's my dog). I also love lifting weights and building muscle. My fiance (husband as of 09/03/2011) is very supportive about my goals and has also gotten on the workout ball. I aspire to compete in fitness competitions in the future. I prefer to be healthy and buff than just skinny.

2011 RESOLUTIONS
I do not care for the words New Year Resolutions. It makes it feel as though resolutions can be thrown out when the year is no longer new. These are the same resolutions I aspired for in 2010, and I want to strive for them throughout the year of 2011.
1. LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE: Eat right, exercise, maintain a healthy weight, and strive to learn more about health.
2. LOVE MYSELF MORE: Adopt a healthier attitude about myself. Learn more about myself; be true to myself, and accept myself for who I am. Stand up for myself when called for, forgive and forget, and acknowledge own flaws and strive to better myself.
3. SEE MYSELF AS BEAUTIFUL: Regardless of weight, body shape, etc, I want to look in the mirror and see a vibrant, smart, sexy, and confident woman looking back at me.
4. ENJOY WHAT I HAVE, WHEN I HAVE IT: Quit moaning about what I do not have and that I do not have it now. Look around and be thankful for what I have right now. I truly have so much.
5. BEAUTIFUL AND BADASS: Strive to tone and lean up my body. Be healthy, energetic, vibrant, sexy and STRONG!
6. SAVE MONEY: Start being frugal and paying attention to NEEDS vs. WANTS, LUXURIOUS vs. GOOD ENOUGH, and simply being more financially savvy. Start saving 10% of every income deposit.
7. INVOKE HAPPINESS: Look for happiness, goodness, and value in others and myself. Treat others and myself with respect and dignity.
