About Me
In 2005 I lost 90lbs. I used Weight Watchers and started exercising. I started running in 2006 and discovered my "inner athlete". Since then I've started stairclimbing (I did the Sears Tower in 20:37), I've learned to swim, I've been biking and I plan to finish my first triathlon this year (2009).

I average 7 to 9 hours of actual cardio per week and find that I need to start the day with some intense cardio to maintain a high level of mental focus during the rest of my work day.

I'm looking forward to using livestrong.com to help maintain a 30%Protien, 30% Fat, 40% Carb diet in order to improve my athletic performance.

I'm fanatical about timing my workouts and increasing my performance. Not sure how far into my 50's I'll be able to continue setting PR's but.... we'll see!
