I am 5'3" and have been trying to "lose 10 pounds" for years.
The focus now will be on reducing my body fat percentage (I would guess it to be 25%) and reducing my measurements. My hips are 36.5" - measured at the widest part of my thighs - and I would like this to be maximum 33" or 34". I also have a lot of lower back fat that simply has got to go!
I love running, strength training using www.crossfit.com and any outdoor activity.
