As of June 10th 2008 I started working-out 5 days a week and cardio 6 days.
I weighted 181pounds in May 2008, and started working out when I dropped to 177.5 pounds.
When I reach 166 pounds I'm going to bulk back up, if I can. I just want ab's first. Hahahaha
I'm eating 6-8 small meals a day, honestly I don't think I can do a big "sit down" anymore.
I try to stay under 2000 calories, under 40gms fat, and around 150-190gms protein daily.
According to this site I daily burn at the gym 850+ calories, and cardio only day(Saturday) I burn 600. I'll believe 70% of those number though.
I want to see my total caloric intake per day so I won't put this data in my daily food chart.
I hope to transform my body to become more lean and muscular by late October. Most importantly I want to become healthier!

Aug 10th is my 60 day point. I'm seeing great changes in my physic.
Diet is most definetely 60% of the reason.
Dosen't hurt going to the gym 6 days a week either. that might have factored in too....Hahaha
I only lost 4.5 pounds in 8 weeks but they say muscle is heavier then fat, so no worries there.

Sept 10, 2008 marks my 90 day transformation.
I kept my diet pretty clean in the last 30 days. Averaging 1800 calories, between 155-210 protein, and never going over 26gms of fat.
I only lost 2 pounds in the last 30 days, making my total loss in 90 days at 6.5 pounds bring my current weight to 171 - 172.5 pounds depending on the time of the day I weigh myself.
My physic has made great changes as far as muscle growth. I still have more to go and I will try to raise my calorie and protein intake for the next 30 days.

OCTOBER 2008
I took Oct 1st thru Dec 15th off for medical reasons, I lost 12 pounds fast laying in bed. I made it down to 159 pounds. I'm now back in the gym, same intensity but less weight. (I became a pencil!)

Dec 16th thru Jan 20th,2009 I went back to the gym full force before my sergury in late Jan 09. i worked hard and felt I was almost where I left off back in Oct. Too bad it had to end again.

Feb 23rd 2009 I'm back at the gym, doing it slowly. lost about 8 pounds laying in bed and gained a belly to boot. We'll see how it goes now that the doctor gave me the green light.....
UPDATE: Last day at the gym was 2 1/2 weeks later on March 11th, went on a cruise, came back 5 pounds heavier then went back into surgery on March 24th 2009.
Lost 8 pounds and down to 164 pounds and losing belly fat through April being on anti-bioics. I dropped my calorie intake from 2000+ to 1200-1500 daily and my protein intake from 200+ to under 100gms per day. Hopefully the doctor will give me the go ahead in May 2009 to at least let me exercise at home rather then going balls out at the gym.

July 18th,2009....First day back at the gym since March (we'll see what happens from here)
Aug 19th 2009....been back at gym for 4 weeks now...no big improvement but tightning back up, Started taking N.O. and Creatine pills to boost energy pre-workout....I gained 5-6 pounds bringing me back up to 175 in the last month while eating semi-clean (kind of odd)
Left the gym mid Sept 2009, had surgery during the first week of Oct and again the last week of Dec.

JANUARY 2010
I decided to go back to the gym Jan 19th 2010. I've been back for a few weeks now. I'm 179 pounds with a tire for a belly but I'm willing to start all over. I'm eating clean again keeping my calories under 1600, my fat under 60gms and my carbs under 190gms per day. I mostly been on the tread mil and using extremely low weights when I use the natalus machines.

February 2010
Took 2 weeks off due to sickness, been back at the gym since Feb 18. I'm going 5-6 days a week, training 1 body part per day and doing ab work and running at the end for 15 minutes or so. Taking N.O. and Creatine pills prior to leaving and my protein shakes right after. progress is good so far!
